THE GREENHOUSE & The Pavilion
A unique creative and event space in abbotsford, bc.
The Greenhouse is a whimsical new venue nestled in a flower garden, next to a babbling brook on Sumas Mountain. The glass ceiling allows for plenty of natural light while the adjacent wood alcove offers a homey cabin ambiance. In summer, the windows open for a cool breeze and in winter, the space boasts a cozy wood burning stove which keeps the room quite toasty. Follow a short footpath to the Pavilion, a concrete patio covered by a timber-framed canopy, perfect for long table dining al fresco. We recommend the Greenhouse for micro-weddings, intimate dinner parties, photoshoots, elopements, and workshops of 24 people or fewer.
studio rental
Enjoy hourly usage of the Greenhouse as creative space for photo mini sessions, proposals, photoshoots, or workshops. Please note that set up and take down time must take place within your rental hours.
event rental
Customize your event with hourly rental of the venue. Enjoy peace of mind on your day with a warm option in our stove-heated Greenhouse as well as a breezy shady space in the Pavilion in the event of hot weather. Great for baby showers, elopement ceremonies, staff dinners or intimate birthday parties. Minimum four hours rental.
all day rental
The All Day rental is ideal for weddings that include a ceremony and a reception. This option includes all day use of both spaces from 9 AM to midnight with ample time for same day set up, take down, and dancing!

The space I create in has always been integral to my practice and my work - yesterday’s space @thegreenhouse_venue was such a gift. The sun was beaming in, there was a waterfall to my left and flowers to my right. Beautiful is an understatement.
